MEET LIFACC ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Queen of Nigerian Cinema Business, Joy Odiete alongside the King of Stand Up Comedy will join other distinguished film and cinema industry heavyweights as advisors of the forthcoming Lagos International Film Cinema Convention, LIFACC.
Ovueta Nigeria Limited, the Conveners of LIFACC announced this landmark assemblage of the caliber of men and women as advisers to an event billed to be a momentous cinema, streaming and film event in Lagos for Africa in a statement released late Friday, May 15th, 2023.
The Maiden edition of LIFACC is scheduled to hold from July 20 through 22, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
Other members of the high-profile advisory committee are Dorothee Wernner a German international filmmaker and Curator at the Berlin International Film Festival, Juliet Asante, Ghanian Veteran Actress and CEO of the Ghana film authority, veteran filmmaker, Mahmoud Ali- Balogun, Mary Ephraim Egbas, Moses Babatope, Patrick Lee, Mrs Bukola Agbaminoja, Fidelis Dukar, Juliet Yaa Asantewa Asante, Dr. Victor Okhai, Mrs. Tosin Dokpesi, Mr. Tajudeen Adepetu,Shaibu Husseini, Alhaji Adedayo Thomas, Chidia Maduekwe and We also have Mr, Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, and Alex Eyengho, as members.
Announcing the Advisory Committee members, Theo Akatugba, Chief Executive Officer of Ovueta and Founder of LIFACC said: “We are pleased to announce the appointment of revered industry role players, who are committed to taking African Film cinema industry to the global levels, as advisors of the LIFACC 2023.
